Deliverables
WP1 - Contextual analysis, use case study definition and requirements
WP1 is dedicated to the in-depth understanding of the context in Case Studies (CS), the early engagement of local stakeholders, the collection of “low-sensitivity” datasets which sharing is not a big concern to stakeholders. WP1 will also put a framework on future technical developments with specifications and system architecture design.
WP2 - Data collection, communication and management solutions
WP2 is dedicated to facilitate the collection of high-quality data, building trust on 1) the human side with data governance models as well as anonymisation and ethical data treatment processes, and 2) the technical side with improved IT and IoT solutions for data collection. WP2 also aims to ensure smooth communication (within the C-ITS framework) and data management for the network and traffic management system, with the development of tailored data spaces building on the most recent EU initiatives complying with cybersecurity targets.
- D2.1 - Data Management Plan Download
- D2.3 - Processes for data anonymisation and treatment. (Coming soon) Not available
- D2.4 - Processes for data anonymisation and treatment. (Coming soon) Not available
WP3 - Simulations of new forms of mobility and traffic options
WP3 aims at developing various decision-making algorithms for planning and operational optimisation of the multimodal transport network, and the simulation environment in the form of digital twins for testing these algorithms with scenarios.
- D3.1 -Processes for data anonymisation and treatment. (Coming soon) Not available
- D3.2 - Traffic forecasting algorithms. (Coming soon) Not available
- D3.3 - Agent-based modelling. (Coming soon) Not available
- D3.4 - Dynamic predictive and prescriptive optimisation algorithms. (Coming soon) Not available
WP4 - Software for multimodal transport smart management and services
WP4 aims to integrate, in a systemic approach of multimodal transport network management, the various data, algorithms and strategies from WP2 and WP3. WP4 will provide end-user stakeholders interfaces and tools to allow them to use and interact with this network management system according to their needs.
- D4.1 - Platform for multimodal network and traffic management. (Coming soon) Not available
- D4.2 - Logistics and mobility management app. (Coming soon) Not available
- D4.3 - Decision support tool for planning future transport services. (Coming soon) Not available
WP5 - Early pilot activities, implementation of the use cases and impact assessment
In WP5, partners aim to validate the relevance of the developed data architecture, algorithms and tools by 1) using a testing site with controlled environment, 2) further engaging local stakeholders in CS to provide higher quality/sensitivity data to perform high-quality running of tools and algorithms, 3) perform qualitative and quantitative impact assessment over the results. Based on these outcomes, technical partners will refine their tools.
- D5.1 - Learnings and governance schemes from the early pilot phases. (Coming soon) Not available
- D5.2 - Scenarios and strategies for low-carbon and inclusive transport. (Coming soon) Not available
WP6 - Business models, exploitation and replicability
WP6 identifying the value of stakeholders to participate in collaborative MTM system, business models and dynamic incentives for limiting traffic jams and exploitation and regulatory outlines towards upscaling.
- D6.1 - Business models and dynamic incentives towards modal shift. (Coming soon) Not available
- D6.2 - Regulatory and policy recommendations. (Coming soon) Not available
- D6.3 - Exploitation strategies and innovation landscape. (Coming soon) Not available
WP7 - Communication, Dissemination and Networking
WP7 aims to structure the communication, dissemination, and networking activities by sharing regular advancements about the progresses and project results, while capitalizing on best practices from other initiatives.
- D7.1 - Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan Download
- D7.2 - Report on communication and dissemination activities. (Coming soon) Not available
